INTERNATIONALER STANDARD ISO 14692

Fiberdur® Epoxy Pipe Systems in accordance to ISO 14692

This certification was primarily intended for the offshore application. Meanwhile it has become a worldwide accepted standard for various industrial fields.

 

The objective of this certification is to provide industry, engineering and production with mutually agreed specifications and recommended procedures which are important for the design, purchase, production, qualification, handling, storage, installation, operation and application of glassfibre reinforced piping systems.

 

The document ISO 14692 consists of 4 parts:

 

•	Part 1, vocabulary, symbols, applications and materials
•	Part 2, qualification and manufacturing
•	Part 3, systematic design
•	Part 4, fabrication, installation and operation

    

Since 2007 Fiberdur® is qualified for the design, production, delivery and installation of GRP piping systems up to DN 1000 according to ISO 14692. Qualification was performed at our premises in Aldenhoven/Germany, witnessed by the TÜV München.

 

The following elements were tested:

 

•	Pipe, elbow, reduction, T-piece, (blind)flange
•	Adhesive bonded joint systems
•	Butt and wrap joint systems
•	Rubber seal lock joint systems
