K+S KALI ZIELITZ

The K+S Kali GmbH company belongs to the most important producers of special- and standard fertilizers, plant preservation and salt products with more than 12,000 employees all over the world. For more than 30 years Fiberdur has been supplying corrosion resistant piping systems made of vinylester or epoxy resin for applications up to 130 °C.

 

Six of seven Kali locations in Germany dispose of their own power stations which are equipped with stat-of-the-art installations for cogeneration (KWK).

 

The Zielitz site power plant was furthermore provided with a new heating value technology. Due to these successful improvements the recovery of this power plant ranges by more than 90% which means that the Zeilitz location is working close to the energy efficiency which can hypothetically b obtained.

 

TPR Fiberdur® received the order for the supply and prefabrication of GRP piping systems DN 800.

	• prefabrication
